the correct form is:
Where is the baggage claim? - ¿”En donde” se recoge el equipaje?
Where do I check in? ¿”En donde” “puedo hacer el pago”?
When do we take off? ¿Cuándo despegamos?
Can I have a seat next to the window? ¿Puedo “tomar” (take) un asiento “cerca” de la ventana?
Where can I call a taxi? ¿Dónde puedo llamar “a” un taxi?
What time do we arrive? ¿A qué hora “llegaremos”?

3. Where is the baggage claim? ¿Dónde está la recogida de equipajes? OK
3. También puede decirse: ¿Dónde se recoge el equipaje?
4. Can I have a seat next to the window?
4. ¿Puedo SENTARME CERCA de la ventana?
8. Where is the bathroom? ¿Dónde está el baño?
9. When do we take off? ¿Cuándo despegamos? XXX
